In 2022, Thailand’s Demand Response (DR) business model was shifting from the Traditional Utility (TU) to Load Aggregator (LA) in accordance with smart grid master plan. This research studied current demand response and mechanism draw possible gaps operations. deals data system owned by individual load aggregator. The aggregators collect meter evaluate adaptations before sending results claim compensation on behalf of their customers. approach lacks transparency facilitates distortion facts. Hence, this introduces execution contracts records blockchain that enhance transparent sharing among multiple parties maintain integrity. Moreover, proposed bidding algorithm allows customers offer an expected price under maximum incentive payment determined avoided costs running peaking power plants. helps reflect DR operation customer side control budget for payments. study emphasized decentralized application layer, so public is a reasonable network test. However, implementation real cases using requires careful considerations, such as fees, transaction speeds, security contract codes.
